The Soloflex Story

This is really neat! I truly wish there was someone out there
that trained ONLY with the Soloflex and Rockit and could tell/
show their story and their body as a result of such training.
Many people,…no millions of people scoff at the Soloflex as
a serious alternative to free weights. It would be so neat to
see someone with some serious muscles stand up and say that they
use Soloflex exclusively and that is how they got that way!
Through the years there has to have been somebody out there that
trained exclusively with it.
People want to “see” proof. Some things never change.
I was one of the naysayers back in the day too,…until I tried
some heavy duty resistance bands made by another company this year.
I have used them exclusively for 6 weeks now and they are just
as good,…no,…BETTER than free weight plates!
Now that only tells me that the Soloflex must be just as
effective. It gets a bad rap from naysayers and they always
laugh and comment on their availabilty in garage sales nationwide.
Maybe their disappointed owners expected more or expected the
Soloflex to lift the weight for them? No fault of the machine.
I will say that the models of Soloflex that I tried wobbled alot
with that curved back post,….but the original looks as though
it was more square and perhaps stayed firm to the ground.

Hi Marvin,
Yes the 3″ end caps are still available. The decals are still available too. The only advantage to the paint in the holes for the pins is looks. The paint will help with rubbing to a degree as well. All of the items can be found at http://www.soloflex.com.
Thank you so much for your questions.

Hi TPhillips,
We do have many people that have made a body beautiful using only a Soloflex. In fact, we have photos and testimonials that we have posted for years, of competition builders winning contests and only using a Soloflex to do so. A number of our models through out the years have also been only Soloflex users because we wanted to show what they could do. We would start their routine and 6 months to one year later we would do the shoot. These models, of course, did not come to us in really bad shape but did not look half as good as when the photos were taken.
The Soloflex is the best home workout equipment on the market and will do all free weights will do without having to have a spotter for safety. It is safe and well built. All anyone would ever need.
Thank you for your comments

Hi,
Sorry for my delay in getting back to you. Very very busy. The 3″ end caps are still available. Same with the decals. I am not sure I understand the question regarding the pins. Sorry. If you go to our website at http://www.soloflex.com you will find the end caps and decals under the store under Classic Soloflex parts. Thank you.

Cool video. I watched the whole series. Even though he didn’t make the kick, it was still cool that he tried. Also cool was the fact that he was using a Soloflex as a part of his training. I have been a fan of Soloflex for almost as many years as there has been a Soloflex. I bought one in the late ‘80s. Any time I see one being used in a movie (I have seen two) or hear it mentioned, I perk up a bit. I trust Soloflex. I believe in Soloflex. I have used Soloflex. I love Soloflex. I love to see evidence that others feel the same.
