1. Call customer service at 1-800-547-8802 to place your order. A minimum purchase of $100 is required to participate in this program. Make your down payment:

   $25 for orders $100-$250
   $50 for orders $250-$500
   $100 for orders over $500

   You can mail us a check or we can bill your credit card.

2. Make your monthly payments.** Mail us a check or we can bill your credit card automatically. Pay the minimum*** or pay more, it’s up to you.
3. Receive your items once your payments have been completed.

*Service Fees will be applied to accounts that are not paid in full within one year. Cancellation fees also apply.
**Two consecutive missed monthly payments may result in cancellation & loss of all previous payments.
***Minimum payments range from $10-$40 per month depending on the total dollar amount of the purchase.
