All Soloflex products are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee of satisfaction. If dissatisfied, return within 30 days for a refund, less all shipping charges. Soloflex shall not be liable for shipping or packaging charges to or from the factory of items returned. Please include a copy of your packing slip with returns whenever possible. Limited Warranty

All Soloflex products are covered by a limited 1 year warranty.

What is covered:

If any part of your equipment fails structurally or mechanically during normal usage we will repair or replace it. Simply ship the item back to us. Be sure to include a brief note indicating the problem and the order id or a copy of the packing slip from your original purchase. Soloflex will inspect the item and if it is determined that the item has not been used improperly, will repair or replace the item. Soloflex shall not be liable for the freight charges on items shipped to us for warranty service or for the cost of returning items not covered by the warranty to the customer.

What is not covered:

This non-transferable warranty does not cover the failure of Soloflex equipment used for commercial or institutional purposes or if caused by unreasonable or abusive use or if the customer fails to provide reasonable and necessary care. Weightstraps that are used with any equipment that is not manufactured or sold by Soloflex will not be covered by any warranty.

How to obtain service:

Contact our customer service department by calling 1-800-547-8802, or in writing, stating the problem. You must provide proof of purchase and have your order id ready.
