Large items and orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please provide a street address.

Most items ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the Continental US. Orders outside the US may take up to 16 days. Please allow 4-5 weeks for delivery of the Soloflex Muscle Machine. Shipping and handling charges are for curbside delivery in the US and airport delivery internationally.
