I have three of these. Two in my home gym, and one actually as a Foot-of-the-bed Bench, which looks great. (Soloflex's idea BTW). This bench is just perfect for me, my wife, and our pre-teen son. I've had many benches over the years; Parabody, Powerblocks bench, and even the SF muscle machine bench as a bench. But this one is such a nice, tight, stable, comfortable, and great looking one. No longer do I need to have my knees up off the floor when doing bench presses/flys/extensions. I can keep my feet flat on the floor without getting that arching back. I'm 6 feet tall, and my wife 5'4". It's even great to have two of them to do free body exercises like Atlas pushups, and Triceps Dips. The Rubber surface is strong enough to do step ups with shoes on and 5 years later, no damage. Doesn't incline and I'm glad. I've pinched myself so many times inclining those other benches I had. If I want an incline, I throw a few of the Soloflex Rubber weight plates under one end. They're rubber and they secure well and sturdy. Don't know what else to say. For us, this is just THE bench to have.
